Craig Harmel - Technical Services Manager
Craig graduated from Herzing College with an A.S. Degree in electronics and began his career in the electronics field as a Production Technician at Soft Switching Technologies Corporation in Middleton WI. Craig returned to Herzing College to pursue his B.S. Degree in Electronics & Computer Technology in 2001. While taking full time classes and working full time, he graduated with Cum Laude honors. Craig was inducted to the Herzing College Wall of Fame in 2008, and is an Advisory Board Member for Herzing College.
Craig has developed a strong reputation among C2Tek’s clients for taking ownership in their networks and staying with issues until completion. He has been singled out on multiple occasions for treating client’s networks as if his own—something our clients appreciate.
Matt Pomplin - End User Support Manager
Matt began his career at C2Tek in 2007. He attended Herzing College where he received his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. In 2007 Matt graduated as a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honors Society.
To further his education and professional skills, Matt has attained the following Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Administrator: Messaging, and Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
Jerry Benisch - Business Development Manager
Jerry began his technology career in 1998. Although fluent in technology, his background is business management and operations. He has been successful working with numerous clients to find the most effective ways to use technology to enhance the end-user experience. One of Jerry’s strengths is his ability to translate technical terms and concepts into a message that can be easily understood by the non-technical decision maker.
Jerry has maintained vendor certifications since 2000 and attends continuing education conferences on a regular basis. He also invests time monthly studying upcoming technologies and strategies that could be beneficial to C2Tek’s clients. A significant number of our client base relies upon C2Tek as their out-sourced IT department; and utilizes Jerry for strategic planning.
